Uranium Catalysts
One of the cool things about social media is that, once in a while, someone puts together useful tools and distributes them for everyone’s use.
UraniumCatalysts.com is one of these tools.

The Oceanwall guys know uranium, and they publish their research. You should take a look at their work.
Global Economy
Dr. Copper, the metal with a Ph.D. in economics, is looking good here as manufacturing is turning up. PMI’s are the purchasing managers index. When the PMI reading is above 50 it means manufacturing is expanding. If it is below 50 it means manufacturing is contracting.
In the past, I have invested in a company called Amerigo Resources. They are a copper producer that does not mine copper. The company processes tailings from Codelco mines and extracts the remaining copper and moly from the tailings. They describe themselves as a “copper factory” on their website.
The business is more akin to a manufacturing process. They do well during a rising copper market. Here is a link to their website. I will buy a few shares to take advantage of this upward-trending copper price and recovery in global manufacturing. This is not investment advice.
Big Short Guys Reunited
“The Big Short” is one of my favorite movies; I watch it at least once a year. Here is a panel where all the real-life guys from the movie were interviewed on a panel.
A Help Request
As I said in this week's video when referring to social media. I can't stand many elements of it. However, good things do happen there; many people are generous with their time and ideas on finance and business.
One of those guys is Chris Koerner. I found him on Twitter and have been overwhelmed with the number of business ideas this guy generates and is working on (bitcoin mining, mobile home park purchases and improvements, an email Buccees snack company, tree trimming business boot camp, etc..). He is an open book with his ideas, and I like reading his emails and tweets, even if I never want to start a physical business.
He has a weekly email which he is trying to grow, so he has asked his subscribers to send out links to his free newsletter. If I can get five subscriptions for the guy, I can get a 30-minute Zoom call with him. This would be useful because I want to pick his brain on a real estate deal he mentioned in a previous tweet.
Regardless, it is a terrific read if you are looking for business ideas or just like reading about and learning about business. The story of he started the online Buccees’ products business (Buccess does not sell its stuff online and how he got in business with John Macafee are just cool stories.
Here is a link to his “X” feed and a link to subscribe to his free email newsletter.
Appreciate the help guys.
Till next week
